MASONRY WALL TO BE RESTRUCTED TO ALLOW OF THE 4' WIDE SIDEWALK WITH NO PORTION OF THE WALL TO BE HIGHER THAN 42". ALSO, IF USA MARK-OUT PLACES CONDUIT IN THE AREA BEHIND THE SIDEWALK, WALL TO BE BUILT OUTSIDE OF THIS AREA TO ALLOW FOR DRY UTILITY MAINTENANCE.
REFERENCE BUILDING PERMIT B25-0346. TRAFFIC CONTROL MUST COMPLY WITH WATCH OR MUTCD MANUAL AT ALL TIME. NO PARKING SIGNS MUST BE POSTED, AND WITHNESSED BY THE CITY ENGINEERING INSPECTOR, AT LEAST 48 HRS PRIOR TO START OF WORK.
