Contractor to construct historic tile sidewalk per city standard ST-5 or ST-5A along entire frontage (Esplanade and La Rambla). Construct new curb and gutter along entire frontage where deficient per city standard ST-6 to the satisfaction of the city engineer. Locations to be determined by the city engineering inspector. Close existing drive approach per city standard ST-6. Construct corner curb ramp per city standard ST-1. Construct drive approach per city standard ST-9. Improvement grades are per city approved precise grading plan for 244 La Rambla by Toal Engineering, Project Number ENG22-286.
Subgrade preparation for improvements are per recommendations by Geotechnical International-Lan & Associates. See letter titled "Geotechnical Engineer's Certification of Subgrade Soils for Proposed New Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter" dated November 06, 2025.
