Construct new sidewalk along entire frontage per ST- 3 except a portion of Avenida Santa Barbara where sidewalk has been waived. Construct corner curb ramp per city standards ST-2 or ST1. Construct curb core per city standard ST-7.
Proposed steps are not to land on private sidewalk. The bottom landing step shold be within the property.
