Replace driveway approach per city standard ST-9.
Replace sidewalk along entire frontage per city standard ST-3.
Replace existing 5/8" water service with new 1" Water Service per city standard W-1 and repair trench per city standard WS-1.
MUTCD to be followed at all times. Street through traffic to be maintianed at all times. Protect in place existing city infrastructure. Call USA to mark utilities prior to construction.
