New Drive Approach per ST-9
New Sidewalk per ST-3
(6) Curb Cores per ST-7
Other encroachment work per the same project and grading plans will be per a separate encroachment permit E26-0273 with a different "A" Licensed contractor:
Sewer lateral per S-6 and S-8, Water Service per W-, Trench bedding and backfill per ST-6
