Contractor to construct new sidewalk along Ola Vista frontage per city standard ST-5 or 5 A.
Install curb core for new wall <36"H drainage per city standard ST-7.
Construct new drive approach per city standard ST-9 with 2% max cross slope sidewalk. New landings for step should be a minimum of 12" out of the right of way. 10' Right of Way from face of curb to property line.
Step landing adjacent to garage is to be out of the right of way and not pose a trip hazard to the satisfaction of the city engineering inspector.
