Contractor to replace approximately 95 LF of Drive Approach and sidewalk per city standard ST-3 and ST-9. for installation of 3" Schedule 80 PVC Electrical conduit.
MUTCD to be followed at all times
Contractor to coordinate with affected neighboring property owner via door hangers and confirm with neighbor on driveway access logistics at least 72 hours in advance of work. Neighboring driveway access to be maintained at all times.
