Equipment staging area allowed on Via Catalina between July 7 - August 1. Any extension beyond Aug 1 requires approval of the City Engineer. "No Parking" posting allowed 7am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, during the allowed dates, and must be witnessed by City Inspector for enforceability.
Staging on Via La Mesa is allowed with the same stipulations as Via Catalina and is at the discretion of the City Engineer.
A minimum 12' drive aisle must be maintained for emergency vehicle at all times. Contractors are not to park their private vehicles on the south side of Via Catalina.
